Schaefer Watson Solutions is a small firm on purpose. There is no account manager between you and the people writing the code. The founders scope the work, build it, and answer the phone afterwards.
Why we started this
Most bottlenecks are not technology problems yet
They are a process that grew up around whatever tools were to hand: a spreadsheet that became a database, an inbox that became a queue, a software package bought for one feature and paid for in full every year since.
We started Schaefer Watson because businesses in that position rarely get a straight answer about what a modern fix looks like, what it would cost, or whether it is worth doing at all. Large providers sell them a platform. Freelancers sell them hours.
We sell a defined outcome: a system built around your process, owned by you, priced for the size of the problem.
